Pancreatic cancer consists of an accumulation of genetic and epigenetic alterations. Recently, aberrant methylation of CPG islands of cancer-related genes has emerged as an important epigenetic mechanism of their transcriptional dysregulation during development of the cancer.

Therefore, new diagnostic methods for the early detection, based on a better understanding of the molecular biology of cancer of the pancreas, are required.

We examin methylation status of p16INK4A, 1 RASSF and genes MGMT considered be inactivated by the promoter methylation in various cancers.

Intra-Cardiac Masses have a major problem in cardiology. differential diagnosis includes tumors, which may be primary (benign or malignant) or metastatic, infected and mural thrombus formation.

Myxomas, sarcomas, breast, lung and kidney cancer represent respectively the common causes of primary cardiac masses intra-benign and malignant metastatic.

Recent studies have shown that the Cardiac involvement in malignant lymphoma is common but examined below.
Diagnostic imaging techniques for detection of cardiac masses include echocardiography, CT and MRI, with echocardiography having maximum sensitivity. we propose that 18-F-PET/CT can play an important role in identifying and evaluating intra-cardiac masses.
